Life………….
is what I thought I had…
But long after the storm was over, that was so bad………
Did I found out what I had never had?
Love, was what I had missed the most…
Which made me think why am I so lost?
Saw some shadows on the wall…
Of a strange and beautiful story unfold…
And some striking images of love untold….
In the darkness and the shadows….
A beautiful dream of the meadows….
Of arms holding me that are strong…
And words from the lips that cannot go wrong…
God are you down here on the earth?
Or is this just a proof of your birth?
What is this feeling deep in my core?
Is that you are there out to assure?
Of love so tender and love so pure…
Of feeling so warm and so secure?
Out of the worries, a total cure?
Is that you art there out to assure?
You have been there; I know; all along…
Why make me wait and now prolong…
You know my misery and my plight…
And know I, don’t want to fight…
Show me a way a ray of light….
And help me make something of this life…
Lost, when I gaze up at the moon…
